Q: What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?
A: We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and Never on purpose send out damaged or faulty goods.
Q: When will I receive my items after I place an order?
A: Normally, it takes 5-10 business days for tailoring and 3-7 business days for shipping.
Q:What if I don’t like the item, can I return it back?
A: Sorry, we don’t accept situations like this. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit,please note that we will Not accept your returned item.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept Credit Card and Paypal payment. If you don’t have it, you can open a paypal account, it is so easy. Paypal can be used by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
Q: How can I make a change on my order?
A: Before you proceed to check out you can leave your request about the products in order note. We will check it carefully and try our best to satisfy you. If your order is requested urgently, it is better for you to contact us in 2 hours after you’ve paid. In addiction, if you have already paid and need a change, please contact our customer service representatives immediately, we will discuss with the tailors to see if it is possible.However,refund&exchange is not available when your order is finished.
Q: How can I receive a full refund?
After we receive your returned dress, we will contact you and proceed the refund. Please notice that the returned dress should be in the same condition as it was sent to you. If not, we will charge you reasonable restock fee.
